Authors should submit papers reporting original works that are currently not under review or published elsewhere. The paper should be submitted in PDF format, with maximum length five (5) pages, following IEEE Conference Publishing Service (CPS) guidelines.

All papers accepted by MoViX'09 will be published in combined workhop proceedings by IEEE.
